I'm running it at all stock, with shaders at 1470mhz 1700mhz seems high but I'm going to start pushing it high if that is a reasonable overclock

No Joy... something changed. No matter what i do GPU2 takes up one core of my CPU if its available. When i run my SMP client at the same time CPU usage varies as the two fight for CPU control. IT snot really slowing me down but just kind of odd.

Not by me.. 3.9Ghz is a bit of a push for a Phenom II 940, I got to 3.5Ghz or so, then again I live in a hot climate. It's been mainly run at stock.

If that's the case then chances are you have a bad motherboard. But, before jumping to conclusions, try stripping it of everything except the CPU, one stick of memory, and a video card to see if it will even show a screen with anything on it during POST. If you have and it still won't post and you are positive it isn't a bad video card then either the power supply or motherboard is bad.

My sister is very fluent in French. She seems to have the gens to learn spoken languages and I got the ones for computer languages. Learning PHP and MySQL now for my site.

I would try the English version of PHPBoost but if i need help I am kinds screwed since i can not read french. I will keep an eye out and maybe down the road i can switch over if it looks to me a better CMS.

all depends on the shader clock.
@ stock about 3.5k, while overclocked they can approach 5k.
one thing that i like about these cards is their power efficiency.
i used the antec power calculator and 2 gt240's use about the same power as one 88/9800 series card.
